Our convenient and central location in Forth Street (just off Broughton Street and 10 minutes from Edinburgh Waverley train station) and in Leith (near the waterfront) can make your conferences and meetings a huge success. We have three state of the art meeting rooms to suit all your meeting and conference requirements, featuring the latest in plasma and projection displays, air conditioning and mood lighting; all of which provide that quality feel to your event.

Notepads, pens and chilled mineral water are included as standard. If you want to offer your delegates that little bit more, we can offer a variety of catering options including tea and coffee, sandwiches or buffet lunch. The conference venues and conference facilities at The Edinburgh Office provide companies with a professional yet cost effective environment to hold all types of conferences and prestigious meetings. Seating up to 50 theatre-style or 30 classroom-style, our main conference room is ideal for presentations, training courses and larger meetings.

Meeting rooms

You can hire a range of meeting rooms for relaxed informal meetings or interviews up to board room style for more important meetings. We offer two meeting rooms that have a capacity of between 4 and 5 people and our two Boardrooms are ideal for meetings of up to 10 people.

All meeting rooms have telephones, flip charts and white-boards as standard and additional facilities can be used on request. Just let our conference team know your requirements when booking your meeting room.
